I loved the simplicity of this buoy lying in the grass on the beach. It mus be very old as you can see the darkened clam shells attached to it. (Click on blog link to see other photo.)
I liked the close-up and then I zoomed out. Hmmmm… Which one do you like better?
The close up is a nice “still life” composition that shows the interesting details of the buoy, while the zoomed out photo provides context that helps tell me the “story” of the buoy.
