It has been so windy here on the Cape the past few days with big waves and white caps on the bayside. We had stopped at Boat Meadow when we saw a flash of bright colors moving pretty fast along the horizon. (Click on blog link for other photo.)

So, we drove to First Encounter Beach to see what was going on.  There was this wind-surfer “flying” through the water. Wow! Was he going fast! What fun!
