It is always such a treat when the Baltimore Orioles make their sumner journey back to Cape Cod. We take bets early in April on when that that magic date will be. And then we start getting ready by mid-April by putting the grape jelly out and cutting strands of sisal twine for them to use for weaving their intricate nests, hoping they’ll build those nests and raise their young in our yard. Fingers crossed!
Time to stock up on grape jelly and twine!!! 🙂
