Yesterday was a glorious day to take a nice walk on Coast Guard Beach, part of the National Seashore and rated one of the Top 10 Beaches in the USA. It was warm and breezy and just perfect!
It doesn’t get much prettier… What do you think?
I haven’t see a Snowy Egret in a long time, so this was a real treat to see one at Nauset Marsh. It was low tide so the birds were stalking their prey in the shallow waters. I loved the reflections of the Snowy Egret and the Seagull near the boardwalk.
The lighting was so pretty. What do you think?
Wishing you a Happy Easter. May you find some time to get outside and enjoy nature… or collect some Easter eggs!
I can’t wait until it gets a bit warmer and we can head up to Provincetown for a picnic on Beech Forest Trail, part of the National Seashore just outside of the center of Provincetown. It is such a pretty trail over a boardwalk where you can see many different species of birds, through the forest and around Blackwater Pond. It’s a “must” if you’re in the Provincetown area!
And there, at the end of the trail is the perfect picnic table to relax and enjoy nature.
