The Lobster Pots Are Going In At Hemenway Landing On Cape Cod.

The lobster-men were busy at work the other day putting their lobster pots in the water off of Hemenway Landing. You can see the truck with more lobster pots and the boat which is overflowing with lobster pots as they make their way through Nauset Marsh.

I can’t wait to have a Lobster Roll this summer!

 

Love Or War On Coast Guard Beach On Cape Cod?

These two Willets were putting on quite a show on the Nauset Marsh side of Coast Guard Beach. We were lucky that we had our cameras with us. But we could never figure out if they were fighting or mating with their flamboyant behavior! (Click on blog link for other photo.)

Interesting Sand Patterns At Nauset Spit On Cape Cod.

There were the coolest patterns of sand at the end of Coast Guard Beach by Nauset Spit. It almost looks like a tray of swirled fudge. (Click on blog link to see larger photo

You can see the formations as you look out onto Nauset Marsh from the backside of Coast Guard Beach.
