The lighting was perfect on these Seagulls standing on the sandbar at Skaket Beach as the tide was coming in. It was a dark, cloudy, cold and windy day so when the sun shone on the sandbar and the Seagulls, it was so pretty.

Snowy Skaket Beach In Orleans On Cape Cod
2,368 viewsWhat a difference a week makes in the weather on Cape Cod! Last Friday we were hiking the flats and having a glorious time! It was chilly, in the low 30s and breezy but very hikeable. You can see what it was like last week in the second photograph.
Yesterday I took a drive to Skaket Beach and took the same photograph that I took a week ago, only this one is filled with ice and snow and temps were in the low teens. Brrrr. Both photos were taken at low tide.
Pretty amazing, huh?
