It’s Almost Time To Put The Umbrellas Away In Provincetown On Cape Cod.

It’s almost time to put the umbrellas away after an awesome season in Provinctown. The Surf Club Restaurant, at the beginning of MacMillan Wharf, has been enjoyed by many enthusiastic diners.

The Surf Club has been a household name in Provincetown since the late 1950’s. We are a  third-generation local institution, housed in our iconic seaside location, with sweeping views of our wonderful town.

Our atmosphere is all things ocean. Engulfed with sea side sounds and the comings and goings of the pier, combined with hyper local seafood, tasty beverages served by  welcoming staff and a community of locals, day trippers, artists and everyone else visits the Surf Club Restaurant for a great drink and a classic New England meal.”

I liked this photograph of the umbrellas all folded up with the stormy sky in the background. Pretty pastel colors, don’t you think? Have you ever been to the Surf Club?

The Canteen In Provincetown On Cape Cod.

“The Canteen is a casual New England eatery that uses high-quality ingredients to create Cape Cod favorites from scratch. Our menu and style of service is rooted in the tradition of classic seafood shacks, but influenced by modern American cuisine.”

“We believe a restaurant should be more than just a place to eat. We built the Canteen to be a gathering place, a spot where everyone — local or visitor, artists or fisherman, culinary adventurous 8 year-old or fish-and-chips-loving 88 year-old — can find a seat and something great to eat.” Have you ever eaten at The Canteen?
