The Black Locust wildflowers on the trail to Coast Guard Beach were very interesting. I had never seen them before. The flowers are fragrant and white with 3/4″ pea-flowers in 8″ drooping clusters from a broadleaf tree.
You don’t often see a piece of driftwood on Coast Guard Beach, part of the National Seashore, on Cape Cod. This particular partially buried piece was really pretty with the ocean as the backdrop.
It was a spectacular morning to take a walk on Coast Guard Beach, part of the National Seashore, on Cape Cod. It was perfect solitude as no one else was around on this early in the day.
Just me and the Seagulls and the water at low tide…. love it!
