When stopping at Head of the Meadow Beach, I saw this sign that says, “Over sandaccess. Permit required.” Where does this sand path/road lead? Can cars go on it? Is it a trail for hiking?

I loved this little shack at the entrance to Head of the Meadow Beach in Truro. It is definitely off-season with no one around, but so pretty early in the morning.
