Still A Lot Of Boats At Areys’s Pond On Cape Cod.

There are still a lot of hopeful sailors at Arey’s Pond… hoping that the weather will hold up for a few more good sails this fall  before their boats are retired for the winter. (Click on blog link for other photo.)

You can see the 2 channel markers in the first photo, red and green. As you  motor out through the river toward the bay, the 2nd photograph is what you will see. So pretty and so peaceful…

Arey’s Pond On Cape Cod.

Arey’s Pond is so pretty that we stopped for a couple of photos on the way to the boatyard. I loved the dinghy on the side of the pond at with all of  the sailboats in the background. (Click on blog link for other photo.)

This 2nd photo was a  pano that Phil took of Arey’s Pond from the same place that I took mine. Pretty cool, don’t you think?

Perfect Photo Op At Arey’s Pond On Cape Cod.

Arey’s Pond in Orleans is a picturesque little pond that houses many  sailboats on Cape Cod. It is easy access to the river and out to Little Pleasant Bay and Big Pleasant Bay.

We love to stop by Arey’s Pond Boat Yard and just look… their signature Catboat is just beautiful, as many of them are tied up at the dock or moored out in Arey’s Pond.

As we were leaving, I turned around to get one last photograph. I thought the colors and the composition were just beautiful. What do you think?
