The plaques give you the background of where the first Marconi Wireless message was sent and the history behind it. Such a historic landmark and it’s right there! Have you ever seen it?
This is one of my favorite views on the Cape… overlooking Marconi Beach. I think it is just spectacular! Have you ever been to this overlook? You won’t be disappointed!

You can see the incredible amount of work they had to do to build a new walkway and staircase. Wow!

We took a ride by Marconi Beach the other day and could see a huge new walkway being erected as you can see in the photo. There were also several signs saying that the beach is closed. (Click on blog link for other photo.)
You can’t see beyond this as there are numerous orange cones telling you to keep out. I wonder what they are building for stairs at Marconi. Does anyone have any idea? Will it look like the last stairs?

The steps don’t look anything like this anymore and you won’t see any umbrellas and sunbathers down there for quite a while. It is truly amazing what Mother Nature is capable of doing.
