The docks are in and ready for the arrival of the boats that will launch and moor at Rock Harbor this spring. I liked this photograph of the empty poles in the water that will soon house a variety of boats from fishing boats to sailboats to pleasure boats.
Spring will be here soon and the harbor will be hopping…
It was a cloudy, chilly day on Nauset Beach, but beautiful just the same. Nauset Beach is one of those iconic beaches on Cape Cod that everyone remembers going to and loving the memories!
The Wild Hyacinth is so vibrant and pretty here on Cape Cod this spring. At this one home, it looked almost like a deep blue carpet. (Click on blog link for other photo.)
When we went for a picnic breakfast at Boat Meadow Beach the other morning, I couldn’t get over how beautiful it was. The blues of the water and the sky were magnificent! With the contrast of the beach, it was so pretty. And look at those clouds!
I saw my first Osprey a couple of weeks ago and then this week, I saw two of them on the nest on the salt marsh. Such a familiar sight for summer on Cape Cod. I love it! Can’t wait to watch their babies grow and fledge!
