I loved the simplicity of this buoy lying in the grass on the beach. It mus be very old as you can see the darkened clam shells attached to it. (Click on blog link to see other photo.)
I liked the close-up and then I zoomed out. Hmmmm… Which one do you like better?
It was a gorgeous day to take a walk on Nauset Light Beach. As I was clicking away, trying to get that perfect “photo op,” Phil was clicking away too… at me!
I thought this was a fun photograph of me trying to get a fun photograph!
If you want to see “Cape Cod dunes,” White Crest Beach is the place to go. The dunes are huge and just magnificent. You can see that steep path down to the water. And look at those views!
Not too many people this time of the year… so peaceful.
I looked out across the salt marsh and saw about 20-25 kite-surfers in the distance. They were kite-surfing off of First Encounter Beach, a favorite place to start from. It looks like they are mostly on the salt marsh.
I’m not sure I’ve ever seen this many at one time. Pretty cool, huh?
