The forecast was for rain so we stopped at Arey’s Pond early in the morning to put something on our boat before the heavens let loose. And we were treated to the most beautiful reflection on the water… so cool that no boats were at their moorings yet!
Yesterday morning was the first morning in weeks when the wind wasn’t howling and waves were nonexistent on Nauset Marsh. There wasn’t a ripple on the water. It was just gorgeous from the overlook at Fort Hill. Look at those beautiful reflections on the water… (Click on blog link for full photo.)
The views from Pahwah Landing are always gorgeous, whether you’re looking out toward Little Pleasant Bay or down toward Pahwah Pond. (Click on blog link for other photo.)
I was so surprised to see this beautiful reflection on the water with so much snow and ice around. And I was equally surprised to see this same Great Blue Heron standing in exactly the same place that he was standing 4 weeks ago when I featured him on my blog. How cool!
We could see the moon through the trees this morning on the way to the gym, so we took a little detour. Oh my! Look at that huge moon and that gorgeous reflection on Boat Meadow Creek! Wow!
You can see the beach grass starting to turn a bit yellow as fall is coming soon. I loved this photo at the bridge with the reflection of the clouds overhead.
