The Rock Jetty In Wellfleet On Cape Cod.

Across the harbor from where the boats launch is this really pretty rock jetty that you can walk out on. It is just beautiful. And… on the other side of the jetty is a beautiful beach on Wellfleet Bay.

So pretty, don’t you think?

Great Blue Herons High In The Tree On Cape Cod!

I am always so surprised to Great Blue Herons way up high in a tree. It just seems natural that they are by the shore fishing, not up in a tree resting.

I saw these two Great Blue Herons on the Nauset Marsh Trail by the Salt Pond. Pretty cool, huh?

Beautiful Red Cardinal At Our Bird Bath On Cape Cod.

This one red Cardinal who we call Red, and his wife, Birdie, have been hanging around our yard quite a bit lately. I love it! They must like our birdseed. I’ve always loved Cardinals. Their red coloring is so vivid.

Red was just hanging out and having a drink at our bird bath. Beautiful, don’t you think?

The Flats At First Encounter Beach On Cape Cod.

The flats at First Encounter Beach in Eastham on Cape Cod Bay are just amazing. They go out for miles. I loved the clouds in this photograph. Doesn’t it look like a huge white jet flying above?
