We hadn’t taken the Cliff Pond Loop since early last spring when there were still no leaves on the trees. It looks so different now.

It’s time for the lobster pots to get taken out of Nauset Marsh and surrounding areas. This was such a colorful photograph of a stack of lobster pots with their buoys at Hemenway Landing.
You can even see Coast Guard Station way out in the distance.
Phil and I were out scouting different landings on Little Pleasant Bay and came across Pahwah Landing. I love this photograph looking back to the little pond.
If you know the Belted Kingfisher, you can tell exactly what bird it is by its distinct silhouette. This Kingfisher had just landed on the pole above the water, probably looking for breakfast.
I love his “bad hair” look!
